Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You may return Slim Coffee Booster within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. This return window applies to all orders placed through recoverrenew.shop, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order reference number).
- Opened products are accepted for return where the product is defective or not as described.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of products that have been fully consumed, products without original packaging where the packaging was not defective, or items returned after the 14-day window without prior written agreement.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@recoverrenew.shop within 14 days of delivery. Include your full name, order reference number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@recoverrenew.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
